🚫 No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations Policy (Customized Orders)

At Keepsakes & Wonder, each product is carefully crafted and personalized based on your unique order details. Because of this, all custom and personalized items are final sale.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of customized items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed.

This includes, but is not limited to: custom wrapping paper, engraved cutting boards, sublimated products, personalized mugs, metal art, digital wall art, editable templates, and fridge magnets.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will happily replace or remake the item at no additional cost.

3. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure all personalization details (names, dates, photos, logos, text, etc.) are correct at the time of order.
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during checkout.

4. Digital Products

All digital downloads (templates, wall art, etc.) are final sales.
